Current economic state
The Nordic countries are highly inter-connected with the global economy which has been more unstable in recent years influenced by international incidents, such as the pandemic and conflicts around the world. Recently the annual economic variables in the Nordic statistics database have been supplemented with monthly and quarterly statistics of key variables such as GDP, government balance, trade and employment. Nine of these variables are included in a “Current economic state”-dashboard giving an overview of the current economic state.
